Your name, address or any other private information is never rented or sold to anyone.
Harvest Bible Chapel will never sell, rent, or otherwise give your private information to other organizations, commercial or non-profit. The only exception is to comply with the law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our ministry, our users, or others. Any personally identifiable information (name, address, and/or email address) that you submit is used only for the purpose for which it was given.

Is it safe to enter my credit card number online?
A credit card is necessary for online orders submitted by individuals. Harvest Bible Chapel has contracted with a credit card processing company for our online transactions. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is used in every transaction. This encrypts the card information stores it on secure computers. In addition, our data systems and websites are Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant.

How long will it take to process and receive my order?
Orders are processed every evening, Monday—Friday. Most orders are shipped within two business days. Standard shipping takes an additional 10-14 business days. Canadian orders require additional delivery time due to customs processing.
What is your general shipping information?
US: Resources are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). For faster delivery, call 847.214.3221.
Canada: Shipping and processing fees for orders are subject to the Canadian tax rate 6%. An additional 8% is added to orders shipped to Ontario. Canadian orders require additional delivery time due to customs processing.
What does the shipping and processing cover?
Shipping and processing includes costs of actual postage, distribution fees, order and payment processing, and product insurance when warranted.
What happens if a product is backordered?
In the event that a particular item is out of stock, other items will be shipped to you without delay. Backordered items will ship as soon as they are available at no additional cost.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with a physical product (book, CD or DVD) due to defect, damage or error in shipment, contact us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. If you need to exchange a product due to size, shipping charges will apply.

- Downloads are not eligible for refund. Download links are only valid for 7 days from the day received. We will resend a purchased download link within 45 days of the original purchase.

Can I get a discount on a large quantity?
Yes, we offer quantity discounts.
- Orders of 5 or more of the same item are discounted at 20% off (regular price).
- Orders of 100 or more are discounted at 30% off.
- Discounts are automatically applied at the end of the check out process.
